The hotel is amazing, has marvellous views and wonderful location just next door to gulf of naples and vesuvius, the sea and a hill. The rooms are great value and tastefully decorated and they have a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and a sofa bed. Great breakfast is served in the garden.

It was very hard to find - the town it was near was not so pretty and the rubbish problem in the surrounding area was upsetting and disgusting to say the least

It was like a paradise, because all the neighborhood was very dirty and scary and it was like a slum somewhere in Africa or south america and road what goes up to the villa was scary too but once we arrived there we could not believe how pretty it was... the hotel and the restaurant and the view was breathtaking... Did not want to leave at all...
There is only one person who speaks English so we had little bit problems explaining that we have room booked and since the restaurant menu was only in Italian then ordering a food was more like playing lotto...no idea what u are gonna get...so we recommend to take Italian dictionary to avoid missunderstandings..

View and balcony area, clean, local feeling, fruits from the own garden and animals (cats and horse) for children
Not very easy to find and reach the main sights in the area by car, the pool should have opening timetables in the evening because there is a lot (7 in one weekend we stayed there) of wedding and birthday parties in the hotel

Swimming pool, peaceful, beautiful view, animals, kids playground. A true holiday! :-)
The food could be better but maybe we where spoiled at the hotel before this one ;-) The bed is solid, it can cause back pain.

The best food we had in Italy - a number of courses over a leisurely four hours, while the children played in the playground. Lovely staff and service throughout and a great view of Vesuvius. We missed breakfast because of an early flight but we were offered coffee and packed with a plate of freshly baked filled croissants to take with us - a nice touch.
If you have an early morning flight, traffic in Naples can substantially add to the journey time. We were advised to leave an hour earlier to avoid the traffic.

Nice place, with very nice view. Conformable, big rooms with big bathrooms. Nice staff. The food is top, worth finding it. My GPS (google) had no problem finding it. Without GPS it is more difficult. Good signage if you come from the Gragnano exit.
Breakfast is basic, no other alternatives in the surrounding.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. From the prices to the attention to detail, everything is perfectly suited for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location, though initially concerning, turned out to be a hidden gem on a hill with breathtaking views over the bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout our stay. The basic amenities were all well-maintained, and our room, complete with a jacuzzi and terrace, was kept immaculately clean. And let's not forget the breakfast with its amazing view of the Vesuvius - truly a delightful way to start the day.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.

room face to the sea
hotel takes 15-20 minutes walk from the taxi/bus drop off place. Nice facilities, but a little unhappy auguement with the receptionist the first day arrival.

The view of Vesuvius and the bay of Naples from our bedroom window was spectacular!
The road to the villa was treacherous and needed a confident driver with a steady nerve to cope with the bends, potholes and especially other drivers! Google maps had directed us up a road that was purely rubble and unpassable, we eventually did a 6km detour from just a few hundred metres below the hotel to get there!

Nestled in a hillside perch, the hotel offers stunning views of the bay and Vesuvius. Rooms are spacious, decorated with Italian charm and feature lace trimmed sheets. Bathrooms offer a spa bath with shower. Staff members are helpful and professional while breakfast is delicious.
Some guests have noted that the hotel hosts loud events every night, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful dinner or restful night's sleep.
